Refund policy

1. Customized Services and Products (customized books, customized digital courses, customized training videos):

You are entitled to cancel your order within 3 days without giving any reason for doing so. An order is when you sign a contract with us to obtain and pay for our services and products. You have 3 days from the date the order is signed by you to cancel. In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

Once the creative and production process starts, there will be no refunds due to the nature of the costs and time involved. The Order contract does provide you with edits and preview approval for customized products, but does not provide any refunds past the 3 days right of rescission period stated above.

You can inform us of your decision to cancel within the 3 days by e-mail info@brandinglook.com and reference your order number in subject line.

We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day on which we receive your cancellation request. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

2. Private label Digital Products (Downloads, Courses, Templates)

Once access is granted or a download is delivered, no refunds or exchanges will be issued. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Online courses

  • PDFs, guides, workbooks

  • Templates, planners, or digital tools

  • Membership or gated content

3. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:

  • Duplicate purchase

  • Technical failure that prevents access and cannot be resolved

  • Refund guarantee explicitly stated on the Order form.

Any approved refund is issued at our sole discretion.

4. Chargebacks & Disputes

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in:

  • Immediate revocation of access

  • Permanent account termination

4. Responsibility of the Buyer

It is the buyer’s responsibility to:

  • Review product descriptions before purchasing

  • Ensure compatibility with their devices or software

  • Understand that results are not guaranteed
